Medical students as a special group classes in vocational colleges. They face greater learning, employment, academic pressure, is also facing greater psychological health risks. In previous studies concern about medical college students 'mental health is relatively small, particularly with regard to medical college students' psychological resilience, self-harmony, study the relationship among self-esteem is also unusual.This study used questionnaire method to explore the medical college students' self-esteem, self-harmonious relationship factors, psychological resilience, and between the three. Zhang Xiaonan and use new(2007) revised "Resilience Scale," Wang Dengfeng(1994) prepared by the "self-Harmony Scale"(SCCS), prepared by Rosenberg in 1965 "Self-Esteem Scale"(SES) as an investigative tool. Students in Hebei five medical colleges investigation recovered 365 valid questionnaires. Survey results are as follows:(1) Medical Students resilience affected by gender, the number of children of the family, to students, whether internships, professional and other factors. Significantly higher than boys resilience of girls. In the power dimension, without siblings scored significantly higher than the one-child family; in the dimension of optimism, without siblings to score more than the one-child. In the power dimension, students scored significantly from rural than urban, optimism dimension, students from the town is significantly greater than in rural areas. In the tenacity and resilience dimensions dimension scores, internship students scored significantly higher than students. In tough dimension, nursing students scored the highest, medical technology, followed by clinical students scored the lowest; optimism dimension, care and medical technology scores were significantly higher than clinical; psychological elasticity out of dimensions, care, and scored significantly higher than medical technology and clinical. In the tenacity, strength and elasticity score management dimension, students scored significantly higher than ordinary institutions of key institutions.(2) Medical Students' Self Harmony affected by gender, the number of children of the family, to students, whether internships, professional and other factors. Boys self Harmony significantly higher than girls; flexibility, rigid dimension, the one-child scored significantly higher than non-only child; urban students' self-harmony scored significantly higher than rural students; in discord dimension, students scored significantly higher than interns; in flexible dimension, stereotyped dimension, dimensions such as self out of harmony, interns scored significantly higher than students. In the discordant dimensions, medical students scored the highest, followed by nursing students, clinical students scored the lowest; dimension in flexibility, care score was significantly greater than the medical and clinical dimension in rigid, clinical scores significantly smaller than care and medical technology; in Total dimensions of self-harmony, clinical scores were significantly lower than nursing and medical technology. In the discordant dimensions, key institutions of students scored significantly higher than ordinary institutions; dimension in flexibility, students scored significantly higher than ordinary institutions of key institutions.(3) Medical Students' self-esteem affected by gender, number of children in the family, to students, whether internships, professional and other factors. Specifically, higher self-esteem than boys and girls. Self-esteem than the non-child-child. Urban self-esteem of students scored significantly higher than the countryside. Interns significantly greater than self-esteem in students. Professional has an important impact on the level of medical college students' self-esteem, self-esteem nursing students scored the highest, followed by medical technology, clinical lowest score.(4) self-harmony and resilience was a significant positive correlation between self-esteem and resilience was a significant positive correlation, harmony and self-esteem was a significant positive correlation. Self-harmony can well predict the level of self-esteem, resilience play a mediating effect.
