| Chinese culture has a long history. As a historical and cultural city, Ji’nan has a very deep cultural background. Diet culture has been developed by leaps and bounds because it is closely related to our lives. As a Living language, the name of a restaurant is part of the diet language study, and is also an important carrier to make the diet culture be inherited. Therefore, the linguistic study of the name of the restaurant has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper mainly researches the name of restaurants in Ji’nan, using the related theories of rhetoric to explore the status of the name of the restaurants in Ji’nan. By this way, we can understand the language features and specific applications, and we can also increase the understanding of the relationship between diet language, history and culture, regional culture, network culture, foreign culture and so on. Besides, it can also enrich the study of Chinese vocabulary, and provide relevant reference materials for the further study of contemporary linguistics. By promoting the standardization of Chinese characters, put forward rectification opinions to the non-standard name, we can make the name of a restaurant more standard and specific. It is very important to promote the cultural of Ji’nan city.This paper is divided into five parts:The first chapter is the introduction part. This part briefly introduces the reason of choosing this topic, the significance of the study and the research status quo of academic circles in this field.The second chapter is the name of the restaurants in Ji’nan. This part mainly studied the diet characteristics of the name of the restaurant in Ji’nan, represented the eight cuisines. We also studied the combined element and combined structure of the name of the restaurant in Ji’nan, and analyzed the features of pronunciation and vocabulary of the names.The third chapter is the use of figures of speech in the name of the restaurant in Ji’nan. This chapter mainly analyses the problems of the name by Words, pronunciation, words, semantic and so on. And standard the name of restaurants.The last part is the conclusion, which is the summary of this paper. |
