The Study Schopenhauer’s Will To Live Pessimism

Arthur.Schopenhauer is the German idealism philosopher in the19 th century.As we all know,Western philosophy has undergone tremendous changes from Recent to Modern transformation process,that is to say,from rationalism philosophy to irrationalism philosophy in the history of philosophy.Schopenhauer as an essential person in the transition of Modern philosophy,his contribution is obvious.He discovered the inheritance of Kant philosophy,and criticized the German classical philosophy,and to maintain the philosophy of the rational will.On this basis,the establishment of the "will to live” is the theoretical basis of the pessimism philosophy system.Schopenhauer applied this doctrine to man himself,and finally came to the conclusion that the essence of man was painful.Schopenhauer’s "will to live" as the core concept and pessimism as the object of study,furthermore,on the basis of fully excavating Schopenhauer’s works,this paper explores what is the core idea of Arthur.Schopenhauer;how his thought is mature and how the "pessimistic and bored" life find out the way and his philosophy to the later philosophers;how to form the impact of such issues.This paper consists of three parts,that is,the preamble,text and conclusion.The preamble briefly describes the historical background of Schopenhauer and his life,the historical research of predecessors,and the historical significance of Schopenhauer’s “will to live " pessimism.The body includes three contents.In the first part,from the " The world is my representation and my will " to explain how the pain is " will " produced as the bedding by explaining the " presentation " and " will " and the subject,object,intuitive and other core concepts.In the second part,the " will to live " as the essence of all things in the world,the author claims that all the human beings with desire is in the endless pain.Therefore,in this chapter there are analysis and explanations on how the history of humanbeings out of the " will " of the shackles,freed from the pain,and looking for a way out.Third,the " will to live” pessimism is the core of Schopenhauer’s philosophy,but also penetrates in its entire philosophical system.So his philosophical thought had a great influence on the later philosophers.In this chapter,we describe Nietzsche philosophy of pessimism Schopenhauer inherited condition,and comparative study of two philosophers tragic thought.The conclusion part summarized the paper.
