Tao Yuanmine And Japanese Haikai Literature

Currently,domestic Japanese Haikai literature study is mostly focused on Matsuo Basho and poets of Haiku who are near after him.In the study of Matsuo Basho,is primarily containing the comparison of Du Fu,Li Bai,Bai Juyi and others,it's too narrow to grasp the whole picture and character of Japanese Haikai literature.In view of this situation,this paper strives to from the perspective of Tao Yuanming,introduce the difference and characteristic of Zhenmen and Tanlin which existed in the beginning of Japanese Haikai literature.This can fill up the blank of the domestic Haikai study to a certain degree.And on this basis,through comparing the difference and similarity in retirement of Tao Yuanming and Matsuo Basho to have a deeper understanding of Sino-Japanese reclusion literature and even Sino-Japanese literature.This study includes four chapters.In the first chapter,using the quotation from Tao Yuanming's poems and anecdotes as the breakthrough point to compare the difference and characteristic between Zhenmen,Tanlin and Jiaomen which innovated later.The second chapter will focus especially on the study of Basho's works that quoted from Tao Yuanming.There are thirteen parts also includes some controversial parts.Different views will be listed also the author's personal view.The third chapter follows the second,focus on analyzing the connection and differences in reclusion between Tao and Basho.Firstly,from the social background,personal reasons and the traditional reclusion to compare the motivation that Tao and Basho choose reclusion.Secondly,we will divide into the period of pre-reclusion and reclusion to compare Tao and Basho's hermit life.Lastly,we will summary this chapter from motivation,pattern and result of reclusion.The last chapter will have a summary and point out the deficiencies of this paper.And above this," Reclusion and literature " and"Sino-Japanese reclusion literature"will be presented as two extend topics which can be further studied in the future.About research methods,this paper insist the perspective of comparative literature all the time.Empirical research and philology will be used in the first and the second chapter by analyzing the three sects's works that qout from Tao Yuanming.In the third chapter,useing the method of comparative literature to analysis Tao Yuanming and Matsuo Basho's reason and process of seclusion,and further obtain the similarities and differences on motivation,pattern,and the result of their seclusion.In data collection,the maximum use of Japanese classical literature library database and the Japanese Knowledge Lib database is the feature of this paper.
