As the saying goes, "Moving troops and horses, forage ahead", This shows the importance of food for the war. After the War of Resistance Against Japan broke out, Fujian sank into the food crisis gradually, Fujian government implemented a series of national food policy in response to the food crisis. This article takes the food policy during the Anti-Japanese War as the main line, through the aspects of food shortages in Fujian?the Food Control Policy?the Food Rationing policy, Food Stimulation and the effect of the implementation of various policies to elaborate. To indicate that the Food Policy implement by the Fujian National Government during the Anti-Japanese War has achieved some success, but there are some mistakes also. This paper depth research the Food Policy and the results which was pushed by the Fujian National Government. There also analyzed the adverse effects of some unreasonable Food Policy implement by the Fujian National Government.
