The writer's productions are the vital material on paper discussing his characteristics,the words he used in his works are important way to understand his spiritual world,so it is of great value to study the writer's life trajectory.Relying on author statistics,the percentage of the words Su Shi used in his poems to refer to himself is over 57 percent.The words Su Shi used in his poems to refer to himself can be divided into two parts by its meaning;the first,words he used in his poems to refer to his status;Second,the words he used in his poems to compare himself.On the other hand,depending on different type of Su Shi's life,the words Su Shi used in his poems to refer to himself can also be divided into three parts:The first,the words he used in his poems to represent his crazy;Second,the words he used in his poems to represent his haggard;Third,the words he used in his poems to represent his crazy and haggard.This thesis is separated into two series depending on the research ideas of synchronic theory and diachronic change by three methods.The one series studies the main body form of Su Shi's personality and the other studies the different changes during diverse life stages of Su Shi.The first series points out that the basic two characteristics of Su Shi's life are the consciousness of fame and self adaptation through analyzing the meaning of the words Su Shi used in his poems to refer to himself.It's divided into four chapters:the first chapter discusses Su Shi's consciousness of fame and points out that consciousness of fame of Su Shi differs from lusting for fame and flattery towards archon.It represents his responsibility to the state;the second chapter discusses Su Shi's self adaptation and points out that self adaptation of Su Shi is romantic spirit reflecting the pursuit of freedom and nature in his life;the third chapter discusses the mutual communion relationships between Su Shi's consciousness of fame and self adaptation;the fourth chapter discusses reasons that Su Shi's characteristics form by four aspects:the natural and cultural environment of Sichuan Province,the background of times,the cultural traditional of Su Shi's family,the ideological state of the mutual communion of Confucian,Taoist and Buddhism.The second series divides Su Shi's life journey into two periods:before September 1078 and after that depending on the quantity change of the words Su Shi used in his poems to refer to his different life type.The two chapters rely on the two periods:the first chapter concludes three parts-from after October 1059 to before February 1069,after February 1069 to before June 1073,after June 1073 to before September 1078;the second chapter consists of three parts-from after September 1078 to before June 1085,after June 1085 to before April 1094,after April 1094 to before July,1101.Based on the analysis of different periods,the second series points that the life center of Su Shi changes from consciousness of fame to exploration of the meaning of life.
