Tibetan culture is an integral part of Chinese traditional culture, with its long history and culture as the accumulation, is the crystallization of the wisdom of the Tibetan people. At present, Tibetan culture has played a unique artistic charm in the increasingly developing society. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of people's living standards, people's spiritual and cultural needs continue to grow, the attention of the Tibetan culture has gradually increased. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the unique nature of the business development model based on the unique nature of Tibetan culture. Under this background, this paper makes a detailed study on the business development model of tourism resources relying on Tibetan culture.In the first chapter, the research background and significance, domestic and foreign research status, research ideas and content of the business development model are briefly described. The second chapter, the meaning and characteristics of Tibetan culture and business model of tourism resources and the commercial development model were the elaboration and definition, and proves that the theory of sustainable development and authenticity and integrity theory, provide a theoretical basis for the writing of this paper. In the third chapter, the current situation, the main business development mode, the advantage and the restriction factor of the development of the tourism resources relying on the Tibetan culture are analyzed. In the fourth chapter, the direct use of the theme park, the integration of upgrading, tourism festival performance base development model for reference, and the corresponding typical case analysis. In the fifth chapter, on the basis of the fourth part, the author puts forward the idea of the business development model of the tourism based on Tibetan culture, and carries on the empirical analysis with the Lhasa city commercial development model as a case. In the sixth chapter, the paper puts forward the Countermeasures of the business development model of tourism resources relying on the Tibetan culture, and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures from three aspects of government, enterprise management, national laws and regulations. In Chapter 7, the conclusion and Prospect of this paper, through the analysis and summary of the above research, the full text were summarized, further discusses the writing contribution to the theory and practice of the enlightenment, and the lack of research and further research directions in the future are described.Finally, in the process of the development of tourism resources in the Tibetan culture, we should do everything from the reality, combined with the actual situation of economic and social development in Tibet, to achieve the business development model. On this basis, seize the favorable opportunity, disadvantages, promote effective inheritance and development of Tibetan culture.
