The Research Of Yang Wujiu's Tao Chan Ci

Yang Wujiu was a hermit Songci writer in the early days of the Southern Song dynasty.He wrote the collection of the Songci called the Taochan Ci,has 177 works collected in it.His Ci has a certain value ofartisticand literary history, but it has not been widely concerned by the academic community,the overall research of it is need to be explored and deepened.In view of this,I want to give a preliminary study and research on the Taochan CI by collecting all kinds of historical materials and analysing of Ciin it.This thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter not only give a textual research in the unanswered questions of Yang Wujiu's lifetime,but also explain the connotation of the Taochan Ci and hackle the version situation of it.The second chapter classifies and analyzes the theme and content of the Taochan Ci, classifies the content of the Taochan Ci into six types:Ci about tangible objects,Ci about love,Ci about offer birthday congratulations,Ci about festivals,Ci about leisurely and comfortable and Ci which are singing from his own heart.Then I made a concrete analysisof the emotionsin each kind of theTaochan Ci.The third chapter is the analysis to the forms of artistic presentation, characteristics of how to choose images and the artistic style of the Taochan Ci.This chapter points out thatYang Wujiu has a character oflike using Reduplication words and classicalallusions,not only put comments into the Ci,but also like use images of the Moon and the Wine. In addition,the artistic style of the Taochan Ci is various.The fourth chapter analyzes the status and influence of Yang Wujiu, the evaluation of theTaochan Ci is listed. The study of this chapter come to a dicision that later generations whocommented on his works mainly focused on the content and artistic style of his works. In addition,this chapter also talks about its tendency of the School and give a research to the name of the Taochan Ji.The works of Yang Wujiu learn widely from others and developed an uniquestyle of poetic.Taochan Ci was contributed to the continue of the style of Ci in elegant and graceful.The form that a group Ci wrote on a painting is distinctive in the Song Dynasty,and it have a far-reaching impact on the creation of later generations.
