The Arranging And Study Of Characters On The Pottery Of Pre-Qin Dynasty That Was Unearthed In Hebei Province

This paper mainly uses the characters on the pottery unearthed in Hebei Province as the materials, to sort out the explanation of the characters and study the characters’ form and structure. Besides the introduction and conclusion, the thesis is divided into three parts:The first part is about the condition of the characters on the pottery unearthed in Hebei Province. This chapter includes three aspects. Firstly, introducing the situation of Hebei Province in the Pre-Qin period.Mainly about the the state that existed on the land of Hebei Province. Secondly, presenting the characters on the pottery that unearthed in Hebei Province.The characters on the pottery mainly belong to Shang dynasty and Warring States period.The main part is the characters on the pottery that belong to Warring States period,from which we can divided into three states:Yan,Zhao and Zhong Shan. Tertiary, introducing the study of the characters on the pottery.Summarize the previous research, in order to made reference to the writting of the thesis.The second part is enumerating and studying the characters on the pottery of Shang dynasty. This chapter consists of two aspects.In the first place,collect the characters on the pottery of Shang dynasty.Including the the characters on the pottery unearthed in Gaocheng Taixi village, Cixian Xia Qiyuan and Xingtai Cao Yanzhuang.Then,we will give a further discussion on the question that the carved signs on the pottery have a close relationship with the origin of Chinese Characters.The third part is enumerating and studying the characters on the pottery of Warring States period.There are two aspects in this chapter. The first, according to the materials currently collected, the characters on the pottery of Warring States period belong to Yan,Zhao and Zhong Shan state.The characters on the pottery of Yan state mostly unearthed in the Yi county. Otherwise, there is little part unearthed in somewhere else. The characters on the pottery of Zhao state distributed to Wu’an county, Xingtai Cao Yanzhuang and Shizhuang village.Pingshan Sanji township is the capital of Zhong Shan state in the Warring States period.There is also some characters on the pottery unearthed.We sort out the explanation of the characters and illustrate the textual research. The second is the study of the characters onthe pottery of Warring States period. Include of two sides. One is the study of the evolution of the characters’ form and structure.The oher is a summary of the currency characters’ feature.
