The Folk Culture Of Wuxuan Manor Research In Guangxi

Wuxuan locate in the central of Guangxi province. She has a long history. She brought up many talents, especially generals. For example one head of the Tiandi Society, Chen Yagui and one king of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom, Xiao Chaogui was born here. Moreover, Liu Jisan,Liu Daqing, Chen Tiantai, Liu Bingyu, Huang Zhaoxi, Guo Songnian were generals and born in Wuxuan. The generals had power and many money, and their residence were luxury. After many years later, the architecture is the wealth of the local people. There are so many generals' residence in Wuxuan. Because Wuxuan has rich land and she is a vital transportation line of the south China. Wuxuan was an important military place. In addition, there were many Kejia nationality migrant immigrated to Wuxuan and developed it. Different nations have different custom, culture, belief, history, aesthetic and so on. The generals' residence were reflected all of them. The culture of Kejia nationality and the local people's were influence each other. In this paper, the author introduces six of Wuxuan manor. And through the Literature Survey, Field Work, Oral Interviews introduces the manor owners' life stories, manors' history and manors' folk culture.The author hope the society pays more attention to Wuxuan Manor Folk Culture.Furthermore, the author hope the government and more people protect the architectures and make use of them and set up the tourism culture, and develop Wuxuan' economy, tourism, and protect the culture.
