A Study Of Fan Chengda's Qijue Poems

As one of the four greatest poets in the revival period of Southern Song dynasty,Fan Chengda is very famous,but the characteristic of his work is not so obvious as Lu You and Yang Wanli,,the craze of his study does not rival with the first two.People always pay more attention to the epic nature of Fan Chengda's poetry,the discussion of his Poetic feature is rare.The main topic of this article is on the Qijue poems of Fan Chengda from the perspective of the poetic feature.The preface mainly introduces the research status on Fan Chengda and his poetry by now,as well as the significance of this topic.This article consists of four chapters.Chapter 1 summarizes the selection of poetic genre from Nandu to Zhongxing in tabular form and the Qijue poem is the most popular poetic genre of all.There are two main reasons for this situation: First,from study to nature,poets have written large number of Qijue poems in the contact with nature;Second,literati live in a affluent life,they have created a lot of leisure poems,The genre of Qijue poem is suited for these leisure poems.Then,discusses the relationship between Fan Chengda's Qijue poem writing and Zhongxing poetic style.Fan Chengda's Qijue poem writing was in accord with Zhongxing poetic style,he was one of the most important initiators.Chapter 2 analyzes the disciple of Fan Chengda's Qijue poems,and find that he learned from the poetic style of Late Tang dynasty early,then he learned from Su Shi and Huang Tingjian in middle age,Bai Juyi's poetic style exerted significant influence on him in his later years.Chapter 3 discusses the genre creation and the artistic characteristics of Fan Chengda's Qijue poems.The self-annotation are mainly to improve the genre shortcomings of Qijue poems.The artistic characteristics of Fan Chengda's Qijue poems is similar to Ci,not repeat the word what others say,graceful and qiaoba(??).There are three reasons for the resemblance between Fan Chengda's Qijue poems and Ci.First,Fan Chengda isgood at both poetry and Ci.Second,the relationship between Qijue poems and Ci is very close.Third,most of Chengda's Qijue poems are graceful,it is identical with Ci.Not repeat the word what others say,as well as graceful and qiaoba(??)are influenced by the Jiangxi poetic school and the poetic style of Late Tang dynasty.Chapter 4 focuses on the influence of Fan Chengda's Qijue poems via “Sishi Tianyuan Zaxing”,these poems have been established the classic position in the history of pastoral poetry until Qing dynasty.The conclusion part concludes the main ideas and points out the shortcomings of this paper.
