The period we are living in, is a period with information explosion, at the same time, a period with fragmented communication.The micro network platforms are developing in a really high speed, which already changed people's lifestyle, habit of thinking, and even the ways of getting information. So does the art information.On the one hand, information of art could communicate in a totally different way, which is quicker, wider and more popular, because of the new media and new communication tools in this'micro age'. On the other hand, the new ways of art communication may cause some problems. Such as sharpening the living space of traditional space, too heavy commercial affects or too much funny content involved.Every coin has two sides. We should try to fully play its positive role, while analyzing and solving the shortcomings. So that it will be possible to avoid negative impacts.There are three chapters in this thesis. The first chapter will give out the definition of 'micro age' and discuss the post modernity of 'micro age'. Chapter two just follows that, discourses the current situation of art communication in 'micro age' with lots of data after collecting questionnaire. The last chapter tells the barriers and of art communication in 'micro age', and gives out solutions.
