The Value Of Ecological Culture And System Research

Recently,China stays at the stage where economy and our society are steadily developing.The rapid development of economy and our society consistently appears to be contradictory with the limited load of resources and environment.Human beings then start to reflect on their own life style.The report of the 18 th National Congress of the Party put an unprecedented highest value on the construction of ecological civilization,and accordingly,ecological culture had also been regarded as a new and sustainable culture that had come into people's sight.This paper holds the view that the understanding of ecological culture should not be limited in the comprehension of its conception,instead,the value realization of ecological culture should be paid more attention to,that is to say,the main content of this paper is how to bring ecological culture's value into play.Based on this point,this paper uses the methods of Literature Research,Comparative Analysis and so on,to analyze the realization of ecological culture.The full text is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the background and the meaning of the project,the literature review at home and abroad,the research theory and methods,and the difficult,key and innovative points of research.Then the second part is one of the key points of this paper,mainly discussing ecological culture and its related outline.In this part,first of all,starting with the conception of ecological culture,the text brings out ecological culture's characteristics—Inheritance,Modernity,Regionalism and Practicality.Next,the text summaries the connotation of ecological culture from the view of value and realization system.And last,the key point which is the value of ecological culture will be abstracted to contribute to shape the ecological personality,the transition of ecological consumption view,the substantial development of our society and the establishment of ecological civilization.Through the analysis of ecological culture,we can know how to pave the way for better realizing the value of ecological culture.The third part mainly discusses the analysis of current situation of ecological culture's value realization,and points out that both achievements and shortcomings are exited in the process of realizing value of ecological culture.In this process,the achievements mainly represent as the increasingly growing of ecological voice,the transition of economy development way produced by ecological idea way,and the excellent influence of the result of ecological culture on people's ecological concept,while the shortcomings reflect in various aspects,like the main body of construction,institutional system,strategic method,and etc.in the realization process of ecological culture's value.Furthermore,in the next part the text extracts and purifies efficient experience that can be absorbed from the value realization process of ecological culture in developed countries.For example,the popularization of ecological education in the USA,spreading ecological concept through environment activities and guarantee of laws and regulations in German,and the advance of ecological awareness of French citizens all play an instructive role in the value realization of ecological culture in our country.Finally,the last part,also the key discourse point of this paper,establishing the system of ecological culture's value realization,mainly deals with the theme that how to better realize the value of ecological culture,which refers to from the perspective of system we should combine with the analysis of current situation of ecological culture's value realization,establish and improve the participative system of each main body in the process of ecological culture's value realization,perfect social evaluation system,fully apply rewards and punishment system in various ways and so on.The paper is based on the background that China is promoting the establishment of ecological culture,not only trying to make efforts to contribute to better realization of ecological culture's value,but also trying to guide people make sure that behaviors should be guided by concept,thus to realize the harmony between human beings and environment,and promote the substantial development of economy,society,and culture.
