A Research On The Action State Of Xiaqu

Based on the result of large-scale corpus’s investigation and analysis, this paper divided aspectual condition of xiaqu action state into two types:one is marking the persisting aspect of xiaqu, another is marking the continuous aspect of xiaqu.By contrast with the tendency of xiaqu longitudinally and the durative aspect of zhe sideways,to prove the persistence of xiaqu. According to the xiaqu’s action state that whether has the characteristic of homogeneity,to distinguish continuityn and persistence of xiaqu. The persistence of xiaqu showes homogeneity of action state, the continuity of xiaqu showes the no-homogeneity of action state.This paper analysis the specific type of xiaqu’s continuityn and persistence.Aimed at different specific type,this paper analysis the syntactic requirement of xiaqu in expressing the different action state. By comparing the attached terms and combining the syntactic requirement of xiaqu, this paper finds out the difference of syntactic requirement of xiaqu’s continuity and persistence:the persistence of xiaqu showes the persistence of semantic when conjuncting with the adjective, time words, description; the continuity of xiaqu showes the continuityn of semantic when conjuncting with the verb, time words, relevant contextual situation.In addition,due to the redundancy of characteristic of natural languages, there is also the redundancy in xiaqu in showing the action state. By analysising immediate constitute and Indirect constitute which match with xiaqu one-by-one, sum up the redundancy of xiaqu, contradistinguishing the participation of redundancy and no-participation of redundancy. At last, by judging the reservation or remove of redundancy, to analysis the influence of syntactic position on the redundancy.Started with semantic difference of xiaqu’s continuityn and persistence, this paper summarized the different types of action state, analysised the syntactic requirement of different types in matching with other syntactic component, and the influence on the redundancy of xiaqu by other syntactic component. At last, combined the different answers of redundancy,to show the different between grammar and semantic of xiaqu under different situation, which is a process of circular analyze.
