| Taobi(1015-1078),also known in courtesy name as Shangweng,was born in Yongzhou,Hunan province.He was an outstanding poetry in general in the Song dynasty.He was the son of a government offic ial and well known by his towering intellectual.Then he take Dingwei as his teacher,learn the art of war from him and won the honor of“Coexistence of Poets and General”.The imperial examinarion was suffocated by his temperament can not cater for the secular,so he had to teach school to support his family.He suppressed the Hunan's rebellion when he joined the army in thirty years old.Owing to the military explo it,he earned the opportunity to enter the official career.In the rest of thiry four years,he lead a wandering life in Hunan and Guangxi. He's footsteps across Yangshuo,Liuzhou,Xing'an,Rongzhou,Qinzhou,Yong-zhou,Tanzhou,Dingzhou and so on. Not only he won honor in war and proved to be an official in Yongzhou in three times, made outstanding contributions to social development,but also he handed down his potery and stamped his name on the page of history.My chronical is aimed at getting Shangweng's life into shape, supplementing the insufficient in historical biography and collecting and researching his friends,in order to clarify those relationship.What's more,I had also looked into his poems and made a chronic le.In the end,based on the textual research, I combined with historical facts for the sake of showing the related history.What I had done is expected to achieve the the goal of an better understandering of Taobi. |
