| The dual nature of Chinese Locution reveals the unique and abundant connotation of Chinese culture as it is a daily spoken use of Chinese native speakers. Also, it is viewed as one of a symbol of acquiring Chinese by using locution correctly in communication for foreign Chinese learners. However, no matter the teaching materials or teaching itself, neither of it can fulfill the urgent desire of foreign Chinese locution learners, because the research on teaching Chinese locution to foreigners has just rose in recent years and the quantity as well as the quality of specialized Chinese locution textbook still needs to be perfected. Thus, this paper aims to provide some creative and doable principles and suggestions on teaching Chinese locution to foreigners as well as compiling specialized Chinese locution textbook by comparative study of two specialized Chinese locution textbooks——JUMP HIGH A SYSTEMATIC CHINESE COURSE CHINESE LOCUTION COURSE and A HANDBOOK OF CHINESE LOCUTION.In this paper, we sum up and sort out the previous researches in the way of literature research method and comparative analysis approach on locution ontology research, the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language and the current situation of textbook for teaching Chinese as a second language and so on. We provide some creative and doable principles and suggestions on teaching Chinese locution to foreigners as well as compiling specialized Chinese locution textbook by raising our perceptual knowledge to rational knowledge on concluding the previous researches and combining the comparative results of the two textbook.This paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter is a comprehensive discussion on the use condition of locution in JUMP HIGH A SYSTEMATIC CHINESE COURSE CHINESE LOCUTION COURSE. We believe this textbook has many advantages of texts and exercises, but also has some disadvantage of locution analysis.The second chapter is the comparative study of JUMP HIGH A SYSTEMATIC CHINESE COURSE CHINESE LOCUTION COURSE and A HANDBOOK OF CHINESE LOCUTION. We take the locution guide mode, the locution analysis and the exercise as the points of penetration to accomplish the comparative study, which leads to a conclusion that JUMP HIGH A SYSTEMATIC CHINESE COURSE CHINESE LOCUTION COURSE has an advantage over locution guide mode and exercise while A HANDBOOK OF CHINESE LOCUTION has a disadvantage over locution analysis.The third chapter takes the research results of the first chapter and the second chapter as the points of penetration, having made some principles and suggestions on textbook compilation for teaching Chinese as a second language.The fourth chapter takes the research results of the first chapter and the second chapter as the points of penetration, having made some principles and suggestions on teaching Chinese locution as a second language.The fifth chapter is the final summary and we also point out the inadequacy of this paper and the hope of future relevant teaching practice and research. |
