| "Taste" is an old and lively scope of traditional Chinese aesthetics. It is generated from the aesthetic feeling in the "Taste" into the concept of the aesthetic that shows the aesthetic experience or the aesthetic feeling derived from the aesthetic experience. The academic community has carried out an in-depth research about the "Taste" and has formed a relatively complete research system. However, the research about the "Taste object" as the aesthetic experience is a bit weak and scattered. As the most representative theory of aesthetic experience in classical Chinese poetry , the one about the "Taste"of "Taste object" needs to be explored and analysed from its specific connotation and a new perspective. Modern psychology provides a new dimension of research for us to understand the "Taste". This paper is committed to the analysis of the "Taste" from a literary psychological point of view, trying to capture the deep meaning of the "Taste" .In this paper, the "Taste" of "Taste object" in the theory of ancient Chinese aesthetic is studied from the vertical and horizontal dimensions. First of all, the article gives a presentation of the development of the "Taste". Then it analyses its psychological characteristics of aesthetic and dynamic psychological structure from the perspective of literary psychology. Finally, it presents its modern sense and enlightenment. The emphasis of the research is the psychological mechanism inspection of "Taste".Psychological phenomenon of literature can be divided into two different forms: one is a more stable state of "psychological structure", another is a running state of the "mental process." This article gives an inspection on the Taste" from the two different forms in five parts. Introduction describes the "Taste" and explains the necessity of the research. The first chapter is the history of the "Taste". "Taste" goes through the three stages of exploration, cultivation and maturity. Each of them is related and different. The second chapter is about the aesthetic psychological characteristics of the "Taste".They are introversion psychological flow, two-way construction between subject and object, and the heterogeneity of mind and material of the same configuration. Chapter three is the dynamic psychological structure of the "Taste". It has three levels: Intuitive sense, active layer of life and the highest layer. Intuitive sense highlight emotional functions. The active layer strengthens more prominent emotional experience. The highest spiritual level is prominent throughout the personality and soul of the object and self - transcendence.
