This study used questionnaire to research. The 600 participants were undergraduates selected randomly from Henan University. The measurements included Self-Acceptance Questionnaire, Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire, Adolescent Life Satisfaction Scale, The collected data were analyzed by means of descriptive statistics, ANOVA, T-test, Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation and Regression Analysis. The major findings of the study were as follows:1. There was significant difference on the level of friendship satisfaction, school satisfaction and academic satisfaction between boys and girls; there was significant difference on the level of friendship satisfaction, school satisfaction, academic satisfaction, family satisfaction, environment satisfaction and overall satisfaction between different grade; there was significant difference on the level of school satisfaction and family satisfaction between different major; there was significant difference on the level of school satisfaction and free satisfaction between urban and rural.2. There is correlation between every two factor among self-acceptance, psychological capital and life satisfaction. Meanwhile, the college students’ self-acceptance plays the role of an obvious indicator of the psychological capital; psychological capital plays the role of an obvious indicator of the life satisfaction; self-acceptance plays the role of an obvious indicator of the life satisfaction.3. The psychological capital of college students functions as an intermediary between the self-acceptance and life satisfaction.
