a lot of inconvenience to individual physiology, but also damages individual mental health function and reduces individual quality of life.Especially since the pandemic, the importance of hearing health and the necessity of psychological care for the hearing-impaired have been highlighted. The ICF framework published by the World Health Organization refers to an individual’s functioning and disability as a "dynamic interaction between health status and environmental factors," including environmental and personal environmental factors.Previous studies have shown that individual psychological factors such as self-efficacy and disease acceptance as well as social support from external environment can have an important impact on the quality of life of patients with disabilities or chronic diseases, but there is no domestic research that takes these two factors into account simultaneously. Therefore, the study examined the influence of self-efficacy on life satisfaction of hearing-impaired people, and the mediating role of perceived social support and disease acceptance. The ICF framework published by the World Health Organization refers to an individual’s functioning and disability as a as self-efficacy and disease acceptance as well as social support from external environment can have an important impact on the quality of life of patients with disabilities or chronic diseases, but there is no domestic research that takes these two factors into account simultaneously. Therefore, the study examined the influence of self-efficacy on life satisfaction of hearing-impaired people, and the mediating role of perceived social support and disease acceptance. This study combines quantitative research with qualitative research.Based on the cognitive behavioral model of disease and the interactive dynamic model of social support, this study explores the influence of disease acceptance and perceived social support on life satisfaction of hearing-impaired people and the possible intermediary mechanism, and then conducts intervention research on this basis. In the first study, qualitative research topic analysis was adopted to make an in-depth discussion on the unsatisfactory life satisfaction of hearing-impaired people, the causes and personal coping strategies. In the second study, the self-efficacy scale, perceptive social support scale, disease acceptance questionnaire and life satisfaction scale were used to measure the self-efficacy,perceptive social support level, disease acceptance and life satisfaction of 473 hearing-impaired people,so as to understand the current disease frustration and psychological dilemma of hearing-impaired people. The mediating role of each variable in the influence of self-efficacy on life satisfaction was discussed to provide theoretical support for psychological intervention of hearing-impaired groups.Study 3 adopted the group counseling intervention method based on the framework theory of acceptance and commitment therapy. In a hospital in Lanzhou City,20 individuals with low life satisfaction were selected as subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group received acceptance and commitment therapy group intervention, while the control group only received ordinary psychological counseling. To analyze the intervention effects of group counseling program based on the theory of acceptance and commitment therapy on self-efficacy,perceptive social support, disease acceptance and life satisfaction of the hearing impaired.Through the above series of studies, the following main results are obtained:1.There is a significant correlation between self-efficacy,perceived social support, disease acceptance and life satisfaction in the hearing impaired group;2.It was understood that social support and disease acceptance played mediating roles between self-efficacy and life satisfaction of hearing-impaired groups respectively.3.Understand that social support and disease acceptance play a chain mediating role between self-efficacy and life satisfaction of hearing-impaired groups;4.Group counseling based on the framework theory of acceptance and commitment therapy can effectively intervene in the acceptance of disease, improve the level of self-efficacy and understanding of social support,so as to improve life satisfaction. These results indicate that self-efficacy has an important impact on life satisfaction of hearing impaired people, and understanding social support and disease acceptance plays an important role in the impact of self-efficacy on life satisfaction of hearing impaired people. At the same time, group counseling based on the framework theory of acceptance and commitment therapy can effectively intervene in the acceptance of disease of hearing-impaired individuals,so as to improve their mental health function and life satisfaction. |
