| As a relatively stable personality trait, attachment is closely related to people’s daily life, and it always been a popular research direction. Most of the research of adult attachment choose teenagers or college students as the research object, or focus on romantic attachment study. Less researchers pay attention to adult attachment in the organization, however, individual attachment tendency will affect organization behavior and cognitive development. Therefore, this research explores the relationship of newcomers attachment avoidance, attachment anxiety and role stress. This research introduces for help-seeking behavior as a intervening variable, leadership support as a moderator variable, attempts to reveal the mechanism of action between the adult attachment and role stress.The research mainly adopts questionnaire survey and literature analysis method, on the basis of reliability and validity, questionnaire survey was conducted for 327 newcomers in kaifeng, zhoukou and chongqing, and using the regression analysis, the Bootstrap test statistical methods to analyze the data,drawing the following conclusions :First, the attachment avoidance, attachment anxiety have differences in individual demographic variables.Second, attachment avoidance, attachment anxiety can positively predict newcomers’ role stress.Third, help-seeking behavior is a mediator variable between attachment avoidance, attachment anxiety and newcomers’ role stress. Attachment avoidance, attachment anxiety can be negative to predict behavior, and the less newcomers’ for help-seeking behavior, the bigger the role of stress. Help-seeking behavior is a totally mediator variable between the attachment avoidance and the newcomers’ role stress; Help-seeking behavior is not a mediator variable between the attachment anxiety and the newcomers’ role stress.Fourth, the leadership support has a moderating effect between attachment anxiety and the newcomers’ role stress. The positive effects of attachment anxiety to role stress, with the support of leadership of the increase and decrease.Finally, based on the results we discussed before, the paper give some advice on enterprise management. |
