| The research employed testing method. Based on the early phrase of psychological theories, namely the development of visual taking, the research sampled 7-15 year-old students(180 students take part in the first research and160 students take part in the second one.), including Grade One, Grade Three, Grade Seven and Grade Five to explore the developmental characteristics of children and adolescents’ theory of mind. The current study includes 2 parts. In the first part, the developmental characteristics of Level-1 visual perspective taking were studied. In the second part, the developmental characteristics of Level-2 visual perspective taking were studied. The research draws the conclusions as flowing:First, for level-1 visual perspective taking task, the self-judgment is faster than the other-judgment, and the consistent judgment is faster than the inconsistent judgment.Second, for level-1 visual perspective taking task, the mistakes of the self-judgment are fewer than the mistakes of the other-judgment, and the mistakes of consistent judgment are fewer than the inconsistent judgment;Third, for level-2 visual perspective taking task, the self-judgment is faster than the other-judgment; besides, the non-fuzzy judgment is faster than the fuzzy judgment and the wall judgment is faster than the table judgment;Forth, for level-2 visual perspective taking task, the mistakes of the self-judgment are obviously fewer than the other-judgment; In addition, the mistakes of non-fuzzy stimulus are fewer than the mistakes of fuzzy stimulus; the mistakes of wall stimulus are obviously fewer than the mistakes of table stimulus;Fifth, for level-1 visual perspective taking task, there exists the implicit unconscious processing of other people’s views among the primary and middle school students; for level-2 visual perspective taking task, the implicit unconscious processing of other people’s views does not exist;Sixth, whether level-1 or level-2 visual perspective taking, the self-centered bias exists in every grade. When judging other people, the response time when their views coincide with others is obviously faster than the response time when their views don’t coincide with others;Seventh, whether level-1 or level-2 visual perspective taking, on the error rate, the differences between high grades and low grades are not significant; on the response time, high grade are significantly faster than low grades. |
