Mei Yaochen,who is a famous poet in Song Dynasty,plays an important part in Chinese poetry history.From Song Dynasty to the present,the study of Mei Yaochen’s poems is a concerns.In recent years,more and more shcolars give great enthusiasm to research in his works.However,only a few people study them in the way of Chinese classical philology and the scope of literature geography.This paper explains the places of Mei Yaochen’s poems with Chinese classical philology methods and makes a further study of the impact of geography on Mei Yaochen’s poetry.The paper includes three parts.The forword explores the influence of the places Mei Yaochen ever lived in his life on his poems.The paper is divided into two parts:Jiangnan Dong Road and The Capital Area.In different places,Mei’s poems have different characteristics:Mei described the places according to the facts of his hometown—Xuan Cheng in his poems created in Jiangnan Dong Road.The poems are plain and natural.When he lived in the Capital Area,the poems includes many friends,banquets and scenery.The poems are plain and clean style.In the body part of the paper,the palces of Mei’s poems are classified according to administrative areas of Song Dynasty,then I explain them one by one.The important places of Mei’s poems is given comments,which either inspect the geographical development,or show the researches of other schloars,or analyse the influence of the palces in his poems on his works,and so on.There are "Mei Yaochen Poem Topic Gazetter" and "Mei Yaochen Poem Topic Gazetter in the books of the researcher Zhu Dongrun" behind the body part,which gives convenience for the readers to the geographic name.
