Research On Intervention Experiment Of The Parenting Stress Of Parents Of Children With Autism

Purpose : This study aims to explore the effective measures to alleviate the pressure of the autistic children's parents, to design a set of intervention program for parenting stress of the parents with autism children, and then on the basis,expanding the study of the intervention courses to influence the level of parenting stress of the parents with autism children.Method: This study takes the form of group guidance,and chooses 28 parents(21mothers and 7fathers) who with higher level of parenting stress and their children are in the autism school in Nanchang city as the research objects, and then divides them into experimental and control groups. The experimental group received 1 times,every times 90 mins, a total of 10 hours of experimental treatment, while the control group received no treatment.According to the divergence of the pretest and the posttest in the short form of parenting stress questionnaire and the follow-up groups three months after the end of test scores to measure the dependent variable experimental results, combined with group recording, group effect satisfaction data to analyze the experimental results,and to test the intervention parents of autistic children with the influence of parenting stress.Result:(1)Before intervention, experimental group and control group have not a significant different in the parenting stress of the autistic children's parents(M_?=122.500±11.264,M_?=120.214±9.234,p=0.562).(2)After the intervention, the level of the parenting stress of the experimental group have a significant different in the level of be primary(M_?=122.500±11.264,M_?=97.000±6.895,p<0.01).(3)There is no significantly change in the level of the parenting stress of the control group at the same time(M_?=120.214±9.234,M_?= 121.643±10.165,p=0.557).( 4) After the intervention, experimental group and control group have asignificant different in the parenting stress of the autistic children's parents(M_?=97.000±6.894,M_?=121.643±10.165,p<0.01).Conclusions: Targeted intervention courses can effectively relieve the parenting stress of the autistic children's parents.
