The Female Vocabulary Study Of "modern Chinese Dictionary" (Sixth Edition)

With the appearance of the "Modern Chinese dictionary"(sixth edition),more and more scholars begin to study about it.But its research content,many aspects,such as phonetic,semantic,lexicography,part-of-speech tagging,and so on,but not the women’s words.As the "Modern Chinese dictionary" plays a very important role of Chinese vocabulary,so,in this paper,namely the "Modern Chinese dictionary"(sixth edition),statistical female words in a dictionary,a comprehensive analysis is made to female words.According to the statistics of the female words in “Modern Chinese dictionary”(6th edition)and using the theory of lexicology,cognitive linguistics,semantics and the pragmatics theory to analyzing the corpus.The text is divided into four parts:first of all,the author analyzes and researches on the structure characteristics of words and phrases of the "Modern Chinese dictionary"(sixth edition).It is about female words sound structure,ways of word-formation,fixed degree in statistics,and then analyze the results.Secondly,is the semantic and pragmatic aspects of exploration of the "Modern Chinese dictionary"(sixth edition).According to Leach’s classification on semantic,elaborates the words by corpora for women.Semantics is manifested through the language used,the two are inseparable.According to the contextual pragmatic knowledge,analyze the language knowledge in the process of using language.Thirdly,is the cognitive analysis.of "Modern Chinese dictionary"(sixth edition)of the female words.This paper is involved in the category theory and cognitive model of knowledge.To explain that in human society,people are by category of cognitive,in such a premise that human cognition on women’s words.Then,is the statistics about the changes,of the fourth edition fifth edition,the sixte edition of the "Modern Chinese dictionary",according to these changes,have a diachronic analysis of the female words in "Modern Chinese dictionary".Finally is the concluding part,summarizes the content of the thesis,put forward the deficiency in this paper,and gives the outlook of further research work.
