Since the reform and open policy and China’s modernization, for the purpose of improving family economic status, some rural laborers have left their home to work in the city. The conception of ‘ Stay- at-home Children’ is coming form that these children stay at home and are taken care of by grandparents or relatives as a result of the limitation of objective conditions, such as unstable working environment, house, education,take-care and so on. At present, as the number of ‘Stay- at- home Children’ rising up to 61,000,000, it is an increasingly significant problem. The most important point attracted more attention and focus is that these children generate both spiritual and ethically requirements without normal growing environment as for long- time separation with parents and lacking of direct care and education. Researching and solving the problem of ‘Stay- at- home Children’ is not only responsibility of society, government, school and family, but also urgent requirements of harmonious socialist society and all- round development of human being.The appearance of ‘Stay- at- home Children’ has influenced on the harmonious society and injure to children self interest. Facing with emerging of ‘Stay- at- home Children’ even increasingly, academic circles consider this ethical questions more and more. For the purpose of reducing the number of these events, firstly we should compare the data published by authoritarian organizations to analyze spiritual and ethically needs of ‘Stay- at- home Children’, based on four ethics aspects- emotional support, happy life, fairness of education and social concern. However, because the parents always leave for working, ’stay- athome’ children cloud not grow up in a normal family ethical environment at an early stage. Therefore, as the dissimilation of natural and inborn family environment, root causes of these ethical needs are coming from lacking of deep experience of parenthood, parents’ teaching by personal example and family ethical concern. All the social members should concern and help ‘Stay- at- home Children’. However, the methods of concerning ‘Stay- at- home Children’ have some limitation currently, mostly through compulsory institutional measures and material concern... Ethical concern has already provided a new way to solve this problem.What does ethical concern mean? What is the ethical basis and theoretical basis of it? These two questions are the main points that we should research and analyze. The essential meaning of ‘Stay- athome Children’ ethical concern is that from the point of ‘human- oriented’, it is focusing on dignity and current living situation of ‘Stay- at- home Children’ and concerning their ethical requirements as well as improving their living condition, in order to help them to find their value of life and existence significance. Therefore, to achieve the goal of concerning with ‘human- oriented’ and protecting ‘Stay- at- home Children’, it should organically combine humanitarianism principle, just and fair principle and obligation principle together to make motive and effect, spirit and action complete and uniform.Specifically, the measure of ethical concerning for ‘Stay- at- home Children’ has five aspects to construct all- around ethical concern system as following: implement government responsibility of ethical concern, generating social passion of ethical concern, construction school atmosphere of ethical concern, performance family obligations of ethical concern and activating ‘Stay- at- home Children’ self conscious of ethical concern. It has provided a practical method for reasoning ethical concern to make ‘Stay- at- home Children’ jolly studying and healthy growing up and guaranteed their happy life and integrated development stably. |
