The Relationship Among Job Stress, Burnout And Mental Health Of Railway Attendant

Along with the rapid development of China's economy in recent years, China's social mobility is more and more big, the speed of railway passenger transportation and number of rapid growth. The internal and external environment of railway passenger transportation has changed dramatically. On the one hand, the passenger service quality of the crew had higher requirements, Railway, on the other hand, the flight attendants working environment more complex, the special working environment makes the flight attendants a high incidence of psychological disorder in particular occupations. At the same time, the railway attendants need to bear more pressure, such as the pressure of the inspectors, passenger pressure and so on, this is a serious challenge to the physical and mental health, need to be released in a timely manner. Otherwise, so the quality of railway passenger transportation will also be greatly discount, easy to cause all kinds of service or safety accident.This study on the premise of known about previous related literature review, using the method of questionnaire survey, research contents include the work pressure, job burnout and mental health in three aspects. Through the empirical research to explore the relationship between, and verify that job burnout in partial intermediary role between the job stress and the mental health. The article takes Beijing, Shijiazhuang railway station 300 railway attendants as subjects, the following conclusion: after data analysis:(1) The railway attendants working pressure on the whole, in the average level, mainly in the aspect of pressure tension.(2) The railway attendants in gender, age, working years, culture degree, the pressure of work pressure of significant differences are dimensions, other dimensions do not exist significant differences in the demographic variable;(3) The operating pressure of railway crew of mental health, or the mental health of job burnout of railway crew, predict its negative effect is very significant; Rail attendant job burnout in the partial intermediary role between job stress and mental health.
