This is the fact that the region in North-west China is backward in industry during the Republic of China.But the rising Industrial Cooperative Movement gradually changed the situation during the Second Sino-Japanese War.The Chinese Industrial Cooperative Movement was the outcome of the society,politician and economy during the Second Sino-Japanese War.Baoji,located in the west of the Central Shaanxi Plain of Shaanxi,was the center and core of the Industrial Cooperative Movement in North-west China and the important components of the Chinese Industrial Movement.Baoji also was called the “Gung Ho city” in North-west China.Establishing lots of industrial cooperative broke the situation that industrialization of being backward in many years and made vital force of industrial development in Baoji.With the earliest establishment,faster development and larger scales,Industrial Cooperative Movement in Baoji was the important force of the economic strength in the wartime which rapid development effectively provided military materials,civilian goods,relieved the poor,boomed the rear economy,stabilized the rear,promoted the construction of the industrialization of Baoji,spread the spirit of democracy and mould the city culture.Chosen the Industrial Cooperative Movement in Baoji as the object of study,this thesis will not only study its background,the administrative organization,productive facility and subsidiary body,but also analyze the relative between the Industrial Cooperative Movement in Baoji and the CCP,foreign friends and the No.4“Shenxin”textile mill transferred to Baoji.At last,this essay will make summarize and thoughts for the road of the Industrial Cooperative Movement in Baoji.
