The Translation Practice Report Of "Life Science Topic Of Modern Science And Technology Japanese"

The 21 st century is the century of life science,while the development of Japan's biological technology and industry has taken its place in the front ranks of the world,its advanced technology is leading and guiding to the development of life science in China.In view of the whole translation industry condition,the translation of life science literature has fallen behind relatively,and the pace of translation can not keep up with the development of life science,it is an urgent problem to be solved at present.The author selectes the Life Science Topic of “Modern Science And Technology Japanese”edited by Yang Qiuxiang teacher,the contents include biological resources, gene silencing, regenerative medicine and immunology, etc.These four articles have the characteristics of strong professional, many jargon and complex sentence structure, they are typical science and technology Japanese literature. And the contents are relatively new, which have the valueof translation.In the process of translation, the author has read a lot of relevant literature and parallel texts, with the Yan Fu's translation standard of "faithfulness, expressiveness and elegance" as the guide,beginning to translate the texts.By the translation practice, this report summarized the general rules and methods of translating jargon and complex sentence in life science,and classified the errors in the translation process,this translation practice laid the foundation for the translation of life science and can also provide reference for others.The author realizes that in order to become a qualified interpreter, it does not only require higher bilingual level, but also need to have relevant professional knowledge and high responsibility sense, so I still have a long way to go. In the future, I will continue to conduct the translation studies of life science and take effort to learn professional knowledge, constantly accumulate experience in practice, to improve the level of translation.
