Disability is the special status of a person. Disabled people have been the bottom of the society. In the history of Chinese and foreign literature, there are many descriptions of the disability phenomenon. There is a long history on the creation of disabled characters, the descriptions of the disabled personality,destiny and the path of life, and so do the metaphor on the people with disabilities. Since Chinese contemporary literature into a new period, there have emerged a large number of novels about disability. There are a lot of studies on a sort of disability and a writer's work. The pointed and systematic studies are scarce.The paper try to based on the collection of the relevant literary works on the period of china, screen the novels that meet the range of study( The description on the disabled can show the disabled people's society situation, inner world, or undertake the metaphor expression of the author, and the disabled should be the protagonist or the major character of the novel), the key points of the paper are the narrative angle of the disability phenomenon, how the disabled people as the literary image and how the disabled people to be the technique of expression. The paper try to achieve more in-depth study based on these dimensions. Firstly, the paper define the object and range of the study. After that, the author try to use the literary theory of narrative perspective to study the narrative angle of the novel about disabled. According to the writer healthy or not, the narrative angle can be divided into Internal perspective and External perspective. And according to the influence of disability, the narrative angle can be divided into positive expression and negative expression. From the basic implication of disability—the diseases of time, society, culture, rise to the Philosophical metaphor—“the incomplete of human beings”. Using the method of aesthetic, by means of analyzing the relationship between beauty and ugliness to discuss the dialectical relationship between the beauty and ugliness of incompleteness. Lastly, the paper summarize the characteristics, limitation, significance, revelation, historical changes and the development direction of the disability writing.The paper built on a foundation of an integral perspective view and a multiple searching dimension, try to systematically, comprehensively and profoundly analyze the disability phenomenon on the new period. However, this is merely attempt and effort, the study of the disability phenomenon should continue to expand and deeper with the development of the history.
