Ethical Reflection Of The Contemporary Chinese Social Ethics Problem

China's reform and opening up 30 years,as the national mass culture knowledge level general increase the fact that we harvest is in the field of public life often chilling moral status.Economic and moral "antinomy" wide attention by the academic circles and society,economic growth for "moral landslide" became many people's psychological identity,"moral landslide" is increasingly recognized by the broad masses of the people.Today in the 21 st century,people in relationship with others,society and environment in the process of many of the ethical and moral problems,people gradually lost in the field of public life "moral fact contradiction" and "ethical dilemma",and caused widespread public thinking.In order to solve this kind of "moral fact contradiction" and "ethical dilemma",although is from the Angle of practice and theory,put forward many solutions and path,however,in today's society is still having ethical or moral problems,our country at present the social morality construction theory still has some limitations and shortcomings.We should realize that for contemporary China,the so-called "ethical institutionalization," can't fundamentally solve the problem of "moral landslide" and so on,the people is a lack of fear "ethics" and rational way of thinking.Fundamentally,the present social problems is not only a moral problem,more should understand it rises to the height of the ethics,therefore,ethics of contemporary Chinese social ethics problem in the sense of reflection is imminent.From the point of the research achievements of academic circles at present,although academic research on the problems in the social ethics has made a lot of outstanding achievements in the impressive,we must admit that academic circles on this issue of the research on some problems still exist,such as confused social ethics and public ethics theory,the improper order of social ethics construction,the lack of rational understanding of the ethical rules of public life.This article based on the problem of the relationship between the ethics and morality,based on the ethical problems existing in the contemporary China's public life of reality and theory analysis,further analysis the limitations of the social ethics theory exists at the present stage in China,in order to promote the related theory research.At the same time,pointing out the existing theory of the social ethics of the deficiencies and limitations,the construction of social ethics requirements to the corresponding specification system,and developing ethical rules in public life that meet the needs of social ethics standard system,and internalizing in one heart.In the public life of how ethical rules of the construction of the issue,this paper proposes to strengthen the rationality of civil education and transformation of the mode of ethical and moral education are two possible paths,for the community to provide a new way of thinking and measures to solve the problem.To sum up,this paper devoted to three big problems to solve: the social ethics theory confused with public ethics theory,the improper order of social ethics construction,the lack of rational understanding of the ethical rules of public life.
