Research On The Issues Of Current Public System Ethics Construction In China

As a fundamental arrangement in human society,"System" is the products of social communication between individual and others or between individual and society, and is also the products of social relationship adjustment. System is a basic platform for Modern man to survive and develop. The "Systematic ethics" that supported by the rule of law is developing harmoniously with the rule of law. Under the new condition, the development of our polity, economy and culture is waiting for the support of systematic ethics. However, not every reform shows a positive effect on society, economy and polity. The establishment and improvement of system are also restricted by some objective and subjective factors. So, what is affecting and restricting the establishment and improvement of the public system? This is a problem for both China and other countries, and it relates to the level of productivity development level, system construction, social value request, social change, traditional culture, folk custom and so on. Among them, the Systematic ethics is a key factor.The system is based on certain ethical values. Without reasonable ethical principle orientation, system will be impossible to effectively promote the continuous development of society, and it will be also impossible to realize the full and free development of man. The realization of system’s effect benefits from the healthy development of systematic ethics. It will be difficult for system to develop without the restriction of strong system ethics. Chinese traditional society focus on personal moral cultivation, focus on the requirements of the individual ethics, but not that regulate people’s moral life come with the system, and thus will not put forward "system ethics" In western culture, system and rule is the core, therefore, the appearance of system ethics also means the transition from traditional ethics to modern ethics that is the transition from Virtue ethics to the system ethics. This paper proceeds from the hot spot of system construction after the Eighteen National Congress of the Communist Party of China, mainly discuss the system construction. In this paper, the concept of ethics and system, and their relationship were introduced, then the status and problems of system ethics in china was analyzed, followed which, the reasons of system ethics problem was analyzed.finally, we explore the way to make system ethics construction combined with the value request and ethics judgment in china.
