| With the development of social economy,people become more aware of the precious of time resources.In the enterprise,employees in the same period of time but have different arrangements,experience,understanding and cognition.It has been found that the characteristic differences in the time dimension to form a stable individual time personality,and have a profound impact on the psychological status and behavior of the individual.This study attempts to take domestic employees as the research object to study the relationship between time personality,emotions and job performance,and provide new ideas and methods for enterprise recruitment and management from the angle of time personality and emotion,to improve the job performance of employees.This study includes two parts: First,take 350 employees of Wuhan,Beijing,Shenzhen,Shanghai and so on with questionnaire survey and data analysis to research the relationship of time personality and trait effect and job performance;Then,investigate 80 employees with "Tower of Hanoi" experiment to research the relationship between time personality,state effect and task performance.The results of this study are as follows:(1)The various dimensions of time personality have significant differences in some demographic variables.(2)Time personality and trait effect have close relationship with job performance;time personality and positive affect have an obvious impact toward job performance;positive effect work as partial intermediary role between the time personality and job performance.(3)In the experiment,time personality,state effect and task difficulty have significant main effect;there was a significant interaction between time personality tendency and task difficulty,as well as state effect and task difficulty.The impact of time personality tendency and state effect to task performance is not significant in simple tasks;While in difficult task,two subjects have significant influence on task performance but no interaction. |
