The Study Of Ren Jian Thought And Creation Series And Contemporary Taiwan Left-wing Cultural Trends

Ren Jian Thought and Creation Series is an important culture magazine book series created by Chen Ying-Zhen and his ideological comrade.The journal focuses on the contemporary situation and many problems arising from the situation in the developing of Taiwanese literature.It opened up some special columns to study and discuss major theoretical issues and important literary phenomenons occurred in current Taiwanese literature,such as “the rationalization of Japanese Emperor's people literature criticism”,“the literary of Taiwan independence criticism ”,“Fujii criticism”,“theoretical debates”,etc..In addition,the journal reconstructed the history of contemporary Taiwanese literature though publishing historical materials and facts.This thesis tries to research the pulsation of Taiwanese left-wing culture trends movements centered by Ren Jian Thought and Creation Series,from the cultural point of view.A point worth noting is that this thesis is not limited to Ren Jian Thought and Creation Series,at the same time it pays attention to the literature debates of contemporary culture literary and criticism activities,and also researches the effect of Ren Jian Thought and Creation Series in left-wing ideology in contemporary Taiwanese ideology and culture,though unifying related materials.This thesis is divided into three parts,the first part is the producing background of Ren Jian Thought and Creation Series and Chen Ying-Zhen's spirit effects as the leader of this thought;the second part analyzes the main content and value orientation of Ren Jian Thought and Creation Series;the third part summarize the value of Ren Jian Thought and Creation Series in the contemporary history.In the late 1990 s,the discussion of separatism was rampant,and in response to “Taiwan independence” in literature,Ren Jian Thought and Creation Series was born at the right moment.It mainly explain Chen Ying-chen,as the spiritual leader in the journal,who affected the overall appearance of the journal.It developed around Chen Ying-zhen's and Chen Fang-ming's new literary history of controversy,and through comparison controversy,protrudes the ideology in literature history writing and the purpose of separatism.The journal criticize “Japanese Emperor's peopleliterature” and the right-wing literature history of Japanese,and a number of literary materials and historical facts were published uncover the “white terror” in the fog of history in the1950 s.Through above efforts,Ren Jian Thought and Creation Series partly reconstructed Taiwan leftist pedigree and recover the original appearance of literary history.So,Ren Jian Thought and Creation Series has become an important carrier of Contemporary Taiwan Cultural Thoughts of Leftism,and has a significant impact on cross-strait cultural thought.
