| Austrian composer Franz Schubert is one of the most representative people in early western romanticism, and he was inspired by his predecessor to compose a large amount of piano pieces including Dance music, Impromptu, March, Instant music etc.Among them, which can most reflect his advantages should be the Impromptu and Instant music that open the new area of romantic piano music composing form. Piece90 is consist of 4 compositions and was made in Sep. 1827. The piece has a smooth melody, exquisite harmony and presented lightly and fluently. The thesis chooses 4different playing versions each by famous piano performer Claudio Arrau, Fred Rendell, Krystian Zimmerman and Clifford Curzon and generates data from the playing sound time and loudness by acoustic analysis software. Thus, comparison between different versions can be done.The thesis is divided into three parts from which the first chapter is an introduction to piece90 from the perspectives of the life of the composer, the musical style and the composing background and also analysis the whole music text. The second chapter starts from the reason why choosing these 4 versions and analysis the data by the acoustic analysis software and compare the differences between these versions in the aspects of speed, strength and tones. The third part is a statement of the necessity for performer to choose and read the music score and a right understanding to performing, use of strength and melody and the chasing of tone. |
