The acceptance both at home and abroad of Mo Yan's literature is an important opportunity to establish and promote the active and real China image across the world. Under the development trend of globalization, and the intense relationships and spread communications around the world, a country's image becomes more and more important. However, the China image across the world, either the ancient civilized country which is conservative, feudatorial and traditional, or the economic country which possesses both abundant market and business opportunity(the dominant impression) is not confirms to the current situation of China, and would cumber China's road in establishing a peaceful and powerful image. Mo Yan, as the first Chinese artist who is rewarded by Nobel literature prize, relieves the Nobel anxiety of Chinese. His won, is a significant victory of Chinese literature, and is a step for Chinese literature to enter the world, which both realized the Chinese Nobel dream, and marks the acceptance of Chinese current literature around the world. In modeling China cultural image, Mo Yan's literature effectively utilizes the traditional resources of China culture and inherits the topic of digging the vitality within village life which is the feature of “Beijing school” represented by Shen Congwen. However, instead of the traditional description of China divinity, Mo Yan's literature pays more attention to the tenacity and tenacious of life in Dongbei village of Gaomi. Meanwhile, he processes the relationship between local and the world greatly which enables him to show the true and active China image with traditional cultural characteristics to the world. During the work creation, he follows the era closely, and uses the modern creation method to tell the traditional Chinese story---through the combination of old and new, he establishes the China world which can be accepted by the world. His work breaks through the limitation of state ideology, and bridges the cultural gap, thus making him the first personwho is accepted both at home and abroad. From the characters of Mo Yan's work, the character modeling way can be seen---which may not confirm to the traditional ethical standard, but return to the true and purity state of man—not judge a people by the face, but model the people by the characteristics. When describing the main characters of his literature, Mo Yan directly show the weakness of their characteristics, broadly and directly writing their inside mysterious, original desire, instead of avoiding their deep-rooted bad habits in writing. Mo Yan is good at describing complex humanity that he can show the both “good” and “bad” faces of people. He masters the relationship between “deep-rooted good habits” and “deep-rooted bad habits” in character modeling, which is a good example for accurately description of complex humanity under increasingly development of current literature creation.
