Culture is a symbol of the civilization of a nation or a country.The degree of civilization of a nation is reflected on overall cultural level of the nation.Socialist culture with Chinese characteristics is content-rich and all-inclusive,which includes both Chinese traditional culture,popular culture and Marxism culture,elite culture;Meanwhile,it not only contains urban culture,but incorporates rural culture.As a part of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,the level of rural cultural development,with the rapid development of urban culture,ultimately influences the development of Chinese culture and the degree of Chinese civilization.Currently,with the swift development of the rural economy,people's living standards are greatly improved.As well as,rural residents are badly in need of culture.In the historical process of promoting cultural development and the rural urbanization,achieving Chinese Dream and The Better Countryside in Anhui Province,the condition of accelerating the construction of rural culture in Anhui Province is ripe.Hence,how to build rural culture will be a significant problem for Anhui to accelerate the construction of rural culture.As an ideology,how to effectively deliver the ideology of culture through the rich forms to rural residents and be recognized,understood,internalized by the majority will be an important basis for testing cultural construction.Therefore,the selection and construction of rural cultural carriers is a key step to the success of the rural cultural construction in Anhui.This thesis can be divided into six parts.The first part,based on present situations and analyses of researches from domestic and abroad about rural culture,had put forward the significance of the topic.The second part mainly expounded on the theories related to rural culture carrier,which includes concept carding,construction principles of rural cultural carriers and the exposition of the carrier builders.The third part discussed the necessity of building rural cultural carriesr.The fourth part,by means of investigating the construction of rural cultural carriers,it mastered and analyzed the present construction situation of rural cultural carriers in Anhui Province.The fifth part focused on reasons that had caused the construction problems about rural cultural carriers.The sixth partdiscussedroutes and measures of the construction of rural cultural carriers from five aspects:the publicity,investment,the carrier,and personnel system.
