Objective: Using 3-matic Research(x64)software for different section 12.0 modeling, respectively,in patients with vertebral compression fractures with finite element software Mimics 20.0 respectively Research on menstruation vertebral plasty(Percutaneous Vertebroplasty,PVP)and Percutaneous balloon expansion of the protruding after vertebral plasty(Percutaneous Kyphoplasty,PKP holds)patients restore vertebral body height, bone cement distribution control, adjacent vertebral body stress analysis. Methods: The experiment collected in December 2015-September 2017 at Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital during spinal surgery in hospital treatment of 37 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures underwent surgical patients PKP holds the set as the experimental group(8 men among them,29 women).Collect the above time period within Qinghai University Hospital spinal surgery hospital treatment of 31 cases of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures underwent surgical patients,PVP set as control group(24)including seven men, women.Group A and group B patients ask for details of the history, record the general project information, the raw data of the patients with preoperative CT imaging lumbar vertebrae added to the software to make 3 d finite element model, the X ray film postoperatively in patients with postoperative simple input to software to form the finite element model, the preoperative and postoperative measurement based on the finite element model, using statistical methods compared two kinds of operation of the vertebral body height. The data were collected and sorted, and the data of all measurements were tested positively. Finally, the results were analyzed according to statistical analysis. Results: The general data of group A and group B showed no difference in age, gender and preoperative vertebral height(p BBB 0.05).The results showed that there was no significant difference between group A and group B in the postoperative vertebral height of group A and group B(p BBB 0 0.05),and the postoperative vertebral height was significantly recovered(p < 0.05).There were differences between group A and group B(p < 0.05),and group A was superior to group B in the control of bone cement distribution. The mechanical effect of group A and group B on the cancellous bone of the next vertebral body was not significantly different from that of the patients who had no surgery(p BBB 0 0.05).Conclusion :(1)PKP surgery and PVP surgery are effective for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in thoracic and lumbar segments.(2)PKP operation was significantly superior to PVP in the control of bone cement distribution.(3)the PKP operation and PVP surgery will not cause the next vertebral body central cancellous bone stress to change significantly.
