| Objective To evaluate trends in clinical treatments and pre-hospital delayed factors for patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)in NingXia region from 2012 to 2016.Method Selecting 706 sarmples of hospitalized patients with STEMI from 2012 to 2016,and analyze the clinical characteristics, treatments in patients with STEMI.Analyze the pre-hospital delaied factors of 168 patients with STEMI.Result 1、From 2012 to 2016,the use of clopidogrel dropped from 98.3%to 43.7%(P<0.001),while the proportion of patients who received ticagrelor increased from 0%to 81.5%(P<0.001).2、The patients who received percutaneous coronary interention(PCI)increased along with the years, the rate in 2012 was 65.2%and 2016 was 84.8%(P = 0.001).3、According to the results of single factor analysis in 168 patients, age of the observation group patient was elder than the control group patients,as well as more patients at his own expense, with diabetes, onset at night, discontinuous chest pain, atypical symptoms.visit other hospital and self transport(P<0.05).4、Multiariable Logistic regression analysis showed that age is greater or equal to 65 years old,at his own expense, diabetes, onset at night, discontinuous chest pain, atypical symptoms, visit other hospital and self transport were independently associated with pre-hospital delay(P<0.05).Conclusion 1、The rate of PCI in patients with STEMI increased with time in Ningxia medical university affiliated hospital.2、The use of new antiplatelet therapy of ticagrelor increased gradually.3、Age,sex,history of diabetes, nocturnal onset, atypical symptoms, first to the other hospital and self thansport is the major risk factors for prehospital delay. |
