Observation Of The Therapeutic Effect Of Thiazolol Maleate In The Treatment Of Superficial Infantile Hemangioma With Dermatoscope

Objective Objective to evaluate the efficacy of timolol maleate in the treatment of superficial infantile hemangioma,and apply dermatoscope technology to dynamically monitor the characteristics of hemangioma before and after treatment,and to explore the feasibility of using dermatoscope technology in non-invasive diagnosis of superficial infant hemangioma.Methods Thirty-five infants who had superficial IHs without ulcerationand not near mucosal surfaces were recruited and assigned to treatment(timolol maleate 0.5% gel)groups.Eye drops soaked with 2 layer of gauze,gauze size with the size of tumors,the wet gauze apply,in skin lesions surface with plastic wrap packet,from 2 times/d,every time 20 min,if no adverse reaction,gradually increase to 3 times/d after 1 week,40 min each time.For each0,12,24 weeks visits and record the change of the tumor in the skin under the microscope,according to foreign literature presented hemangioma dermatoscopic features of hemangioma was assessed by recording.The treatment effect was determined and analyzed according to the level 4 standard proposed by Achauer et al.Safety was assessed by measuring heart rate.Results among the 35 children,7 of them were completely eliminated after six months of treatment,with no pigmentation and normal skin color.According to the efficacy evaluation of hemangioma,the number of children with grade IV was as high as 22,accounting for 63%.Up to 10 people,or 28 percent,meet the category III.It was considered that grade III and IV met the effective standards,so the total effective rate was 91%.This shows that the external use of 0.5% maleate in the treatment of superficial infantile hemangioma is effective.The characteristics of hemangioma in children with skin biopsyshowed that 35 cases of children had 30 cases of red lacunar like structure in 86% cases,account for 77%.There were 22 cases of dilated vascular structure in children,the proportion of which was 51%,the highest line sample ratio was 51%,and the proportion of spiral sample was 37%.It shows that the most typical features of superficial hemangioma in infants are the tight like red lacunar structure and the expansion and expansion of the line like blood vessels.This is exactly the same as the characteristics of the dermatoscopic features of a superficial infantile hemangioma.After treatment,3 cases of children were treated with different degree of itching and rupture on the surface of hemangioma,and the symptoms were completely relieved after the drug reduction.Conclusion External use of 0.5% timolol maleate eye drops is effective and safe in the treatment of superficial infantile hemangioma.There is no obvious adverse reaction.Using skin mirror technology to improve the diagnosis and treatment of hemangioma and determine the classification of hemangioma.
