Clinical Observation Of Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection Combined With Low-dose Avi A In The Treatment Of Erythrodermic Psoriasis

Objective:Erythrodermic psoriasis is a clinically difficult type of psoriasis.The disease is more serious,the cure of the course is longer,and it is easier to repeat.According to the nature of the disease,compound glycyrrhizin was used in combination with little piece of Avi A for the treatment of erythrodermic psoriasis.Its clinical application provided a reliable basis for clinical application.Method:According to the random number table,the 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group of 60 cases,were treated with routine Avi A treatment;60 cases in the treatment group were treated with compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with low-dose Avi A.Both of the two groups were followed up for half a year with a course of four weeks.Before and after the treatment,the two groups of patients treated with skin barrier function in skin lesion,adverse reactions,determination of duration and recurrence related indicators,then make a comparative analysis and statistical processing.Results:1 By statistical analysis,there was no significant difference in age and sex between the control group and the treatment group(P> 0.05).2 Through treatment,The color of the skin lesions in the control group and the treatment group was changed to dark red,swelling,vanishing and scaling of scaling was significantly improved,PASI scores were reduced.In 1week,2 cases showed effectiveness in treatment group,13 cases were improved,and 45 cases were ineffective,the effective rate was 25%.In the control group,1 case was effective,10 cases were improved,49 cases were invalid,and the effective rate was 18.3%.In 2 weeks,5 cases were effective,25 cases improved,30 cases were ineffective,and the efficiency was 50%.In the control group,2 cases were effective,20 cases were improved,38 cases were invalid,and the effective rate was 36.7%.In 4 weeks,9 cases showed marked effect,43 cases were improved,8 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 86.7%.In the control group,6 cases were effective,40 cases were improved,14 cases were ineffective,and the efficiency was 76.7%.By statistical analysis,the control group and the treatment group in 1 week,2weeks,4 weeks of skin barrier function,skin lesions,adverse reaction,there was significant difference(P< 0.05),the curative effect of the treatment group was higher than the control group.3 By statistical analysis,after treatment,the control group and the treatment group in the duration and recurrence of the disease,there was significant difference(P< 0.05),the curative effect of the treatment group was higher than the control group.Conclusion: The clinical application of compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with low-dose Avi A in the treatment of erythrodermic psoriasis was more effective than single dose of Avi A,and decreased the side effects of individual medication.Combined with the application of enhanced efficacy and safety,it could be widely used in clinical practice.
