Objective: Of this study is to through the analysis of Qinghai region the clinical pathologic data and outcomes of patients with R0 resection of gastric cancer,to understand gastric cancer in gender, age and ethnic distribution characteristics and clinical pathological features, analysis of factors affecting the prognosis.Method: Collected in January 2011-November 2014 surgical treatment, and a total of 360 patients with postoperative pathological diagnosis of gastric cancer,to research the clinical pathological data were retrospectively analyzed the gender, age group, tumor location, degree of differentiation, postoperative stage, vascular tumor embolus and other factors that affect the prognosis of gastric cancer. Results: 1.The diagnosis age of 360 patients with gastric cancer was 29-79 years, with an average age of 56.1±10 years. The ratio of male to female is 3.8:1.There were no statistically significant differences in gender and ethnicity in different age groups.2.The pathological characteristics: different gender, ethnic, and age group of postoperative stage is given priority to with ?period and ?period, there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).In different age groups, adenocarcinoma was the main pathological type, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The composition of the diseased sites was different.Gastrointestinal cancer was more common in the young and middle-aged groups, accounting for 58.7% and 38.3%,respectively.Among the elderly patients, gastric cardia cancer was more common, accounting for 38.1%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The composition of differentiation was different. The young group and middle-aged gastric cancer were mainly poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, accounting for 67.4%.The difference was statistically significant(52.0%)in elderly patients with moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma(55.4%)(P<0.05).3.Prognostic factors: single factor analysis shows that the tumor site, degree of differentiation,Lauren parting, infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis, postoperative stage and vascular tumor embolus associated with the prognosis of gastric cancer(P < 0.05),while gender, age group, tumor index(CEA and CA19-9,AFP),no obvious correlation between prognosis(P > 0.05).4.Multivariate analysis showed that infiltration depth, number of lymph node metastasis, postoperative stage and vascular cancer thrombolysis were independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of gastric cancer(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Gastric cancer is frequently found in middle-aged and elderly men.In different age groups, the proportion of male patients was higher than that of women.2.The proportion of the incidence of gastric cancer was the highest in the gastric antrum, and the youth group and middle-aged group were mostly seen in the gastric antrum cancer. The pathological type was mainly adenocarcinoma, and the youth group and middle age gastric cancer were mainly characterized by low differentiation adenocarcinoma, and the elderly group was mainly divided into middle differentiated adenocarcinoma.3.The single factor analysis shows that the tumor site, degree of differentiation,Lauren parting, infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis, postoperative stages and vascular tumor embolus are the important factors that affect the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.4.Multivariate analysis showed that infiltration depth, number of lymph node metastasis, postoperative stage, and vascular embolus were independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of gastric cancer.
