Research On Diagnosis And Treatment Of Powa Mubo In Tibetan Medicine

Objective : With the continuous improvement of people's living level of consumption,the demand for food variety and choice is more and more widely,which leads to food production to add a lot of preservation and additives,so the incidence of stomach trouble is rising rapidly.According to statistics from the department of health of Qinghai province,the incidence of digestive system disease is the highest in Qinghai province,especially the incidence of gastric ulcer and gastric cancer ranks first in the country.From January 2016 to April 2016,I had suveyed Qinghai Tibetan Medicine Hospital,Huangnan Prefecture Tibetan Medicine Hospital and Henan Tibetan Medicine Hospital,statistic showed that among the total number of outpatients of 14652,including 1063 Powa Mubo patient.Through reading and analysis of the Tiebtan medicine ancient books,that the treatment of the Powa Mubo disease are diet,accommodation,drug and external therapy,among four treatment that drug therapy is 80%,external therapy is 10%,diet therapy is 8% and accommodation therapy is 2%,therefore,I choose this disease as research topic,and aim to lay a foundation for the clinical treatment of Powa Mubo disease in Tibetan Medicine.Methods:(1)literature research: Through reading and analysis of classical Tibetan medicine book named four tantras and other 60 books,to collect and to analyze of etiology,mechanism,symptoms and treatment method of Powa Mubo disease,especially collecting diet,accommodation,drug and external therapy of Powa Mubo disease,choosing the best treatment methods for Powa Mubo disease.(2)clinical survey: to investigate 40 Tibetan medicine experts from Qinghai Tibetan Medicine Hospital,Huangnan Prefecture Tibetan Medicine Hospital,Henan Tibetan Medicine Hospital,Lhasa Tibetan Medicine Hospital,to understand symptom,treatment methods,the recovery rate of Powa Mubo disease.Results:(1)literature research: Many medical records believe that the disease is caused by pagan,blood,chiba and Lung.The treatment of the Powa Mubo disease are diet,accommodation,drug and external therapy,among four treatment that drug therapy is 80%,external therapy is 10%,diet therapy is 8% and accommodation therapy is 2%.The kiterature results show that the Tibetan medicine on the cure rate of the disease is very high.(2)Clinical survey: To statistically analyzed the main clinical symptom and secondary clinical symptom,and also the main clinical medication and contraindication of Powa Mubo disease.The result shows that the cure rate of Tibetan medicine is as high as 60% to 70%.Conclusion: this study is based on the methods of clinical survey and literature research of ancient 60 classical Tibetan medicine books,finding that the causation of Powa Mubo disease is Pagan,blood,chiba and Lung.Factors are including hot and cold condition.Clinical survey statistically analyzed the main clinical symptom and secondary clinical symptom,the main clinical medication and contraindication of Powa Mubo disease.Both literature and clinical research shows the cure rate of Tibetan medicine is as high as 60% to 70%.The comprehensive research helps clinical doctors identification,diagnosis and treatment of Powa Mubo disease has certain value,can be reference of clinical practice work.
