Objectives:1.To determine the level of serum chitinase 3-like protein 1(YKL-40)and blood glucose, blood lipid and urinary protein in patients with Type 2 diabetes(T2DM)and T2 DM combined with diabetic retinopathy(DR),to observe the levels of serum YKL-40,non-HDL-C/HDL-C,and related factors in patients with different degrees of DR.2.The intervention effect of atorvastatin on DR patients was observed by measuring the serum YKL-40 level of the patients before and after atorvastatin treatment.Methods:60 patients with T2 DM were selected from the endocrinology department of XX provincial people's hospital.According to the result of mydriatic fundus photography, divided into no diabetic retinopathy(NDR)group,non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR)group, proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR)group, the NDPR group and the DPR group received atorvastatin 20 mg,with one oral treatment for 12 weeks per day.All candidates volunteered to participate in the uniform medical history collection, laboratory examination and inspection.Statistical software SPSS 22.0 was applied, and the measurement data is showen in the form of((?)ąs).The counting data was tested by chi-square test,Analysis of variance was used in multiple groups,Analysis of pearson linear correlation was used in correlation analysis, comparison before and after treatment using t test,p <0.05 indicates statistical significance.Results:1.NPDR group YKL-40,non-HDL-C/ HDL-C was higher than NDR group,PDR group YKL-40,non-HDL-C/ HDL-C was higher than NPDR group. In T2 DM patients,YKL-40 is positively correlated with BMI,FPG,Hb A1 c,FINS,HOMA-IR,TC,TG,LDL,non-HDL-C/HDL-C and ACR,non-HDL-C/ HDL-C is positively correlated with BMI,FPG,Hb A1 c,FINS,HOMA-IR,TC,TG,LDL,YKL-40 and ACR.2.Atorvastatin significantly decreased the level of inflammatory factor YKL-40.Conclusions:1.YKL-40,non-HDL-C/HDL-C level increased with the severity of DR lesion. The YKL-40,non-HDL-C/HDL-C level is related to the development of diabetic retinopathy..2.YKL-40 can be used to evaluate the efficacy of atorvastatin in DR patients.
