Research backgroundIn recent years,people gradually realized that women's health has played an important role in the improvement of human health.Compared with male group,there are a lot of external and internal factors that impact women's health,especially adolescent health education and healthcare,as a vulnerable group of society.Nevertheless,in some areas like Tibet,adolescent health education is not in a good conditions.Because of traditional concepts,economic situation and educational development.With the development of modern information technology,teenagers can easily and promptly obtain information.However,without guidances and supervisions from parent and teacher,it became a big factor to damaging to their adolescent health issue.Therefore,adolescent women health problem in nomadic area is one of the important task which cries for our study.Research purposeIn this article,I explored nomadic adolescent women health problem and health protection measures that apply for entire Tibetan women as purpose.Based on consulting Tibetan literature material,define the physical and mental characteristics of Tibetan adolescent women and relevant protection measures.And reveal nomadic women health condition and problems through questionnaire survey.Research methodObjects are analyzed with document research method and questionnaire method over the course of study.For the document research,I read the Rgyud bzhi(The Four Tantras)and other classic works.Importantly,I analyzed and compared the different stages of life cycle and corresponding health protection measures with the background of Tibetan medicine.Meanwhile,I borrowed experience of adolescent women health education situation from the other developed and developing countries through reading classic works.For the questionnaire study,I used simple random sampling and adopted self-designed questionnaires for investigation and analysis was used for 200 adolescent school girls(the ages of 12 and 18)in the Henan National Secondary school,Huangnan province.Result 195 questionnaires were recovered.I used IBM SPPSS statistics(version19)to analyze the result of study as for statistic analysis.Research resultFirstly,there are many physical mental changes in different stages of life circle(for example adolescent)can be corroborated by document research.The term for adolescence,not appeared recently,there were detailed description in the traditional works of Tibetan medicine.I summarized the ways of adolescent protection measures such as diet and behavior in Tibetan medicine,and studied adolescent health education history and current situation of other countries.Consequently,I realized that adolescent health education is conducted centering on sexual education.At present,the main content of adolescent education is mainly ethic and sex.As a result of questionnaire,17.9%(35)of girls showed that they did not accept adolescent education,they even do not know what is it.18.12% of girls who received adolescent education showed that they do not know whether breast development is a normal phenomenon.Only 30.1% of 176 breast developed girls can treat the physiological phenomenon with normal mentality.In 195 girls who had menstruation,only 9.1% can correctly treat menarche.Others had different levels of fear and pressure.Research conclusionDocument research: 1 Adolescent education played an important role in adolescent health.2 Different changes of life circle need corresponding protection measures.3 The protection measures in Tibetan medicine has the extensive application value.Questionnaire research: 1 Current situation of nomadic adolescent women health protection is not optimistic.2 Nomadic adolescent women health education is not matured.
