Objective: Using tissue Doppler to study the relationship between fetal heart function and gestational age in normal pregnancy and the fetal heart function in preeclampsia,so as to investigate the effect of normal pregnancy and preeclampsia on fetal cardiac function in high altitude area.Methods: A total of 61 preeclampsia fetuses that were registered in the Department of Obstetrics of the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University from November 2016 to February 2018 were selected((In 30 patients with mild preeclampsia and 31 patients with severe preeclampsia)),102 normal pregnant women enrolled in obstetrics during this period were screened.According to the gestational ages of 22 to 27 weeks,28 to 36 weeks,and 37 to 40 weeks,the fetus was divided into three gestational weeks groups as control groups.Left and right ventricle systolic function index(Sa),diastolic function index(Ea,Aa)and overall function(Tei index).Results:(1)The right ventricular diastolic function(Ea,Aa)and systolic function(Sa)of 102 normal fetuses in the plateau region were positively correlated with gestational age(R = 0.631,0.598,0.374,P <0.01)Index)was negatively correlated with gestational age(R =-0.964,P <0.05).The left ventricular diastolic function(Ea,Aa)and systolic function(Sa)of 102 normal fetuses in the plateau region were positively correlated with gestational age(R =0.730,0.719,0.287,P <0.01)Pregnancy was negatively correlated(R =-0.968,P <0.05).(2)The systolic function(Sa)and diastolic function(Ea,Aa)of the fetus with normal pregnancy were higher than those of mild preeclampsia(P <0.05),and the overall function(Tei index)was lower than that of preeclampsia(P <0.05).The systolic function(Sa)and diastolic function(Ea,Aa)in mild preeclampsia group were higher than those in severe preeclampsia group(P <0.05).The overall function(Tei index)was lower than severe preeclampsia group(P <0.05).Conclusion: The normal fetal heart function in normal pregnancy in plateau region is gradually mature.The fetal heart Ea,Aa,Sa is positively correlated with gestational age.The fetal heart Tei index is negatively correlated with gestational age.Compared with normal fetuses in high altitude areas,the Ea,Aa,Sa of the fetal heart in the mild preeclampsia group decreased,and the Tei index of the heart increased;Compared with the mild preeclampsia group in the preeclampsia group,the fetal heart in the severe preeclampsia group Decreased Ea,Aa,Sa,fetal heart Tei index increased.It can be seen that the fetal heart function has already had a certain effect in preeclampsia..
