OBJECTIVE To establish a computerized digital model of the ankle joint through computerized digital imaging modeling software and to measure related ankle joint anatomy data.Establish an appropriate database of ankle joints to provide anatomical data for the digital basic design of ankle joint individuation, precision surgery, and internal fixation. Methods 1.Collected 100 cases of ankle joint CT imaging data, aged 18-89 years old, average age 39.75 years old, selected the side without fracture as the data sample to be measured, and determined that the healthy side(data measurement side)had no surgery.,tumors, deformities, and fracture history. The data were divided into male and female groups according to gender, including 79 males and 21 females. The left and right sides were divided into 48 groups according to their locations,48 in the left group and 52 in the right group.2.Import the collected data into Mimi CS17.0 and 3-matic 9.0 software.Computer digital simulation modeling performs three-dimensional reconstruction of the sacroiliac joint data, determines the standard plane, and measures the corresponding sacroiliac joint anatomy data. The measurement data is imported into the access2007 database software and made into a database.3.Statistical analysis and description of the measured data, comparison with the data of the left and right sides of the sex, comparison of the data of the male and female ipsilateral. Results Ankle-related anatomical data were processed statistically, and the results were expressed as meanąstandard deviation. The area of articular surface of the lateral malleolus, the maximum thickness of the lateral malleolus, the maximum width of lateral malleolus, the area of articular surface of tibial medial malleolus, the area of tibial plateau, the area of the talar block, the width of the anterior surface of the upper surface of the talus, the middle width of the upper surface of the talus, and the posterior surface of the upper surface of the talus. The width and the radius of the talus arc articular surface were measured in males larger than females, and the left and right sides of the same sex were compared(p>0.05).The difference was not statistically significant.Statistical comparisons were made between the same sex of different genders(p<0.05).The difference was statistically significant. The radius of the external radius of the humerus, the central angle of the radius of the external radius of the humerus, the radius of curvature of the patella, the central angle of the radial radius of the patella, the radius of the radius of the medial malleolus, the central angle of the medial radius of the patella, and the talus arc The measurement results of the central angle formed by the radius of the articular surface were compared with the data of the left and right sides of the gender and the data of the same side between different genders(P>0.05),and the differences were not statistically significant. Conclusions There are differences between the genders of the anatomical parts of the sacroiliac joints, and gender factors should be taken into account in the process of personalization, precision surgery, and internal fixation.
