Objective:To collect the clinicopathological data of gastric cancer patients according to Helicobacter pylori infection status.Observation and ananlysis the difference of clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer with different infection status in Hp.Methods:From September 2016 to December 2017,a total of 226 patients with pathological diagnosis of primary gastric cancer were included. All cases were from NingXia People’s Hospital.According to the results of histopathology, carbon 14 breath test, serological antibody of Hp,we divided the patients into three groups, including Gastirc cancer with current Hp infection(HpC-GC),Gastric cancer with past Hp infection(HpP-GC),Gastric cancer with no Hp infection(HpN-GC),collect their clinical data(age, gender, family history),endoscopic data(tumor location, progression,Borrmann type),pathological data(Lauren type, degree of differentiation,cTNM).Statistical methods were used to ananlyze the differences in the clinicopathological characteristics of the three groups.Result:1.We collected 226 cases of gastric cancer patients,HpC-GC group 158cases(69.9%),HpP-GC group 45 cases(19.9%),HpN-GC group 23 cases(10.2%).2.The average age of HpP-GC group is bigger than HpC-GC group(62.2±6.0 vs58.9±7.2,P=0.003),male patients are more common(71.1% vs 67.1%,P=0.003),a higher proportion of intestinal type gastric cancer(66.7% vs 50%,P=0.048),and a smaller proportion of diffuse gastric cancer(20.0% vs 38.0%,P=0.025).3.Compared with HpP-GC group,HpN-GC group’s average age is smaller(55.9±8.6 vs62.2±6.0,P=0.003),female patients are more common(56.5% vs 28.9,P=0.036),diffuse gastric cancer are more common(43.5% vs 20.0%,P=0.041),a higher proportion of poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma(39.1% vs 22.2%,P=0.003),and distant metastasis is more likely to occur(30.4% vs 8.9%,P=0.036).Conclusion:1.Differences are existing of clinicopathological characteristics in gastric cancer according to Hp infection status.2.The proportion of HpP-GC with intestinal gastric cancer are higher, diffuse gastric cancer are decreased. The proportion of HpN-GC in diffuse gastric carcinoma are higher.
