Objective This study is to analyze the correlation between the MRI features and molecular biological markers ER?PR?Her-2?Ki-67 expression in the malignant lesions of breast architecture distortion,and then to analyze its clinical significance.Methods 47 cases in the malignant lesions of breast architecture distortion were collected,witch were finded by X-ray and confirmed by pathology in our hospital from May2015 to May 2017.All patients underwent Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI)examination,and then we observed the MRI features:maximum diameter of the lesion,marginal morphology,internal enhancement characteristics,TIC type,internal necrosis and lymph node metastasis.we analyzed the correlation between the MRI features and molecular biological markers ER,PR,Her-2,Ki-67 expression.All data processed software by SPSS 22.0,using spearman rank correlation test for correlation analysis.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results 1.The maximum diameter of the lesion was positively correlated with the expression of Ki-67(r=0.380;P<0.01),and negatively correlated with the expression of PR(r=-0.339;P<0.05),but had no correlation with the expression of ER and Her-2(r=0.274,0.106;P>0.05).That is,as the lesions increase,the positive expression rate of Ki-67 increases and the positive rate of PR decreases.2.The marginal morphology of the lesion was positively correlated with the expression of Her-2(r=0.345;P<0.05),but had no correlation with the expression of ER,PR and Ki-67(r=-0.251,-0.210,0.163;P>0.05).The positiveexpression rate of Her-2 was increased in the burr,leaf,and irregular lesions in the marginal morphology.3.The internal enhancement characteristics of the lesion was positively correlated with the expression of ER(r=0.280,P=0.047;P<0.05),but had no correlation with the expression of PR,Her-2,and Ki-67(r=-0.171,0.082,0.155;P;>0.05).That is to say,when the lesions tend to be rim enhanced,the positive expression rate of ER is lower,and the more positive the heterogeneous enhancement is,the higher the positive expression rate of ER is.4.ER,PR,Her-2,Ki-67 had no correlation with lesion TIC type(r=-0.235,-0.084,0.193,0.208;P> 0.05),no correlation with necrosis within the lesion(r =-0.221,-0.143,0.090,0.054;P> 0.05),and no correlation with lymph node metastasis(r = 0.011,-0.105,-0.065,0.158;P> 0.05).Conclusion There were correlations between the MRI features maximum diameter,marginal morphology,internal enhancement of malignant lesions of breast architecture distortion and molecular biological markers ER?PR?Her-2?Ki-67 expression,enabling them to be diagnostic indicators.
