Objective: Discuss 5-aminovalerate acid photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT)joint carbon dioxide laser on the clinical treatment of hyperplastic scar efficiently,the recurrence rate and security;Comparison of ALA PDT-treatment with glucocorticoid depot pine scar injection in the treatment of hyperplastic scar curative effects;For the treatment of hyperplastic scar provide a safe and effective treatment measures.Methods: 105 patients chosed in Air Force General Hospital,PLA dermatology clinic diagnosis for patients with hyperplastic scar,randomly divided into three groups,group A simple light power group,10% topical ALA drugs in skin lesions,packet avoid light 3 hours,633 nm red light irradiation power output of 80-100-m W/cm2,illuminate the total energy of 100-120-J/cm2.B group dynamic joint carbon dioxide laser light,carbon dioxide laser cleaning after scar,10% topical ALA drugs in skin lesions,packet avoid light 3 hours,633 nm red light irradiation power output of80-100-m W/cm2,illuminate the total energy of 100-120 J/cm2.In the group C group,the injection group was injected into the center by the basal part of the scar,causing the skin lesion to be slightly raised,and each lesion was injected 1 to 5 points.On average,once a month,there are three treatments.Before and after treatment,a vancouver scar assessment was used to score the scar.A follow-up of 1.3.6 months was conducted to evaluate its recurrence and safety.Results: Three groups of hypertrophic scar skin lesions were treated with 3treatments,and the effective rate of ALA combined laser group(100%)was significantly higher than that in the ALA group(85.71%)and the glucocorticoid injection group(85.71%).Each single score matching T experience results before and after the treatment as you can see,the T test result corresponds to the significant probability P values < 0.05 that softness,color,thickness before and after treatment,blood vessels distribution there are significant differences,observation description results as you can see,photodynamic therapy after softness,color,thickness,vascular distribution scores were significantly lower than before treatment softness,color,thickness,vascular distribution points;Compared with the three groups,the effect of ALA combined laser group on color,thickness and vascular distribution was the most obvious,compared with that of pure ALA-PDT and glucocorticoid.Recurrence rate: a recurrence rate of 2 cases(recurrence rate of 6%)in ALA group,1 case of ALA combined laser group(recurrence rate 3%),and 13 cases of recurrent glucocorticoid injection group(37.1%).Conclusion: 1.ALA-PDT therapy has definite therapeutic effect on hypertrophic scar.2.ALA-PDT-joint carbon dioxide laser on the clinical treatment of hyperplastic scar efficiently over ALA-PDT and pure sugar cortical hormone injections were higher,but ALA-PDT for efficient sugar cortical hormone injections have no obvious difference.3.The ala-pdt combined with co2 laser treatment group was followed up for half a year without relapse,which was better than the simple ALA-PDT and glucocorticoid injection for hypertrophic scar.4.Safety:ALA-PDT t combined with co2 laser treatment group had more adverse reactions after surgery,but all of them could be resolved within 3 weeks or so,and no irreversible adverse reactions were left.
