Ultraviolet radiation B plays an important role in the synthesis of human vitamin D.Content of human vitamin D is directly relate to our health,vitamin D is not only an important regulator of calcium and phosphorus but also could reduce the incidence risk of cancer and cardiovascular diseases such as breast cancer,liver cancer et al..,it also could improve prognosis of cancer and enhance human immunity etc..,Tibet autonomous region is located in the Tibet Plateau with intense ultraviolet radiation.The study of human vitamin D is of special significance in here.In this article,we not only analyze the data have had but also design experiments to further enrich the data to preliminary evaluate the statue of Vitamin D in Tibetan residents and explore the possible factors affect the content of vitamin D in Tibet residents.The data used in our research includes: blood samples were taken of 16 farmers six times(7 men and 9 women,81 blood samples in total were taken ultimately)who live in Nicang village,Tibet during 2008 and 2009.During 2012 and 2013,blood samples were taken from 290 persons lived in different places(Nagqu,Lhasa,Tingri,Shigatse)in Tibet,of them,126 came from men and 164 from women.At July 18,2017,50 blood samples were taken from two undergraduate classes in Tibet University.421 blood samples were taken in total.Blood samples were dealt by the professional doctor of the people's Hospital of autonomous region to extract the serum.The content of serum 25(OH)D were measured by radioimmunoassay.The results are as follows: The overall vitamin D content in Tibet is high,but most people are in deficient level.Content of serum 25(OH)D of the young was 20% higher than that of the middle and the old.Content of serum 25(OH)D in summer is about 30% higher than that in winter.Content of serum 25(OH)D is different in occupation and nation,that of herdsmen,teachers and students were higher than farmers.The content of serum 25(OH)D of males is about 10% higher that that in females.In addition,the content of vitamin D is partly consistent with the change of UVB intensity on the ground.This article makes a systematic exposition of human vitamin D in Tibet for the first time.However,the data have had at present is not sufficient,it's hardly to further study fundamental causes as constrained by the experimental platform,so many conclusions can't be made rashly,because it need more in-depth and systematic researches.
